Hello! This is "Uzuki" from Kyoto, Japan.
I conduct Kyoto/Japanese cooking class.
My cooking class is held in my private kitchen; a semi-private, friendly, at-home atmosphere class.
I was born and raised in Kyoto, and my family are all from Kyoto, I always love cooking and Kyoto food.
In my class I introduce Kyoto cuisine a lot.
On this blog I'll write what is going on in my kitchen with the photos of attendants and dishes we've cooked. And I'll write about Kyoto/Japanese food with its cultural climate.
